Who we are

CrimeCross is a collection of mystery games for iOS published by FixingHiring LLC. This page explains what data our apps collect and what it's used for.

What data we collect

• Device identifier. The app generates a random identifier stored on your own device. It doesn't include your name, email, or any other personal data, and it isn't used for advertising or to track you outside the app.
• Feedback and error reports. If you write to us from the settings screen, or if the app detects a crash, the message (along with the device identifier above) is sent to our internal support channel so we can fix it.
• Purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are handled entirely through Apple (StoreKit). We don't have access to your payment method or billing details.
• Email (optional). If you ever give us your email so we can notify you about a new case, we store it only for that purpose and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we share data with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. The only third parties involved are Apple (to process payments and subscriptions) and our own internal support channel, where the feedback and error reports you voluntarily send us are received.

How long we keep data

We keep feedback and error messages for as long as needed to review them and fix the issue that prompted them. The device identifier lives on your own phone and disappears if you uninstall the app.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what data we have associated with your device, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the contact address below.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
